Langostino Mac and Cheese
Langostino Mac and Cheese-
1/2 lb of pasta- cooked
Melt 3 Tbls. of butter in heavy pan then add about 3 Tlbs. of flour and stir for 2 mins.
turn heat down and add 1 and 1/2 cups of whole milk- I used half cream
turn heat back up and stir till bubbly and thickened
turn off heat and add heaping-
-1/2 cup of smoked gouda
-1/2 cup of gruyere
-1/2 cup of cheddar- I used Sargento 4 State mix
a little -
-salt
-pepper
-garlic salt
-powdered mustard
-smoked paprika
stir in cooked langostinos - I used 9 ounces
after all is combined bake in oven for 20ish mins.
