I think these are out favorite part about growing our own zucchini. They ate so wonderful. When I had more space and grew more zucchini I would fry and freeze some but not anymore sadly.
All I do is make a batter out of
Unbleached flour
Parm. Cheese
Garlic salt
An egg
Splash of milk
The batter will resemble pancake batter
Dip the male flowers in and fry on oil
I usually use coconut oil
Drain on paper towels
