I'm so happy. My pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Chaffin Farms came today so now I have to just repackage it in mason jars. I will keep most in the fridge so it stays fresh and keep a little out for everyday. I recently read most olive oils are not pure and this is a very reliable source that sells out very quickly.
The gallon of Maple Syrup is from a local Pa farm. I will heat it and repackage it in pint mason jars for freshness. Once the lids seal properly they can just go on the pantry shelf till needed but once opened they must be refrigerated because they have no preservatives. We usually go through 2-3 gallons a year. I love real food!
