Strawberry Kefir |
So wonderful. I have been experimenting with flavors for the water kefir and this is a favorite so far. So simple. First I make the water kefir regularly then after I strain out the grains I add some fruit. I have tried (all organic) fresh strawberries, frozen mango, frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries and fresh lemon and lime so far. Just let it sit at room temp. for another day then strain out the fruit. I really like any fruit combo with some lemon. It tastes like sparking lemonade. Perfect for the warmer weather coming.
