Citrus Butter Cookies Made by Madison

Madison made the citrus-butter-cookies from the Pioneer Woman today and they came out very good.  Yes, I tried one even thought they contain regular flour.  Its the first thing like that I have had in two weeks and citrus doesn't really tempt me too much but since she made them I wanted to give them a try.  They are very good, mildly citrus, not overpowering.  Great job Madison!

Madison sent me a picture of Pawpan all cozy in a little bed she made up for him. Mason is so happy!

Manny is laying on his sisters luggage as a protest to get her to stay. Our oldest has been asked to go to the beach for nearly a week with my parents. She is so excited.... The rest of us not so much. Mason is having her take his beloved companion doll Pawpan and Morgan is already counting the days till she comes home and she hasn't even left yet! Tommy and I have been praying she stays safe and has fun. Marlee is the only one who is kind of happy to see her go cause then maybe just maybe Morgan will get desperate and play Barbies with her.

Manny sat and ate for about 30 seconds in his highchair before he climbed in my lap....needless to say we both needed a bath when we were done.
