Curse You Costco!

You had to have the big box of Ghirardelli brownie mix on sale for such a good price that I just had to buy some to make my most awesome Peanut Butter Filled Brownies!!!!

Filling recipe-

Beat together

4 Tlbs. melted butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 tsp. salt -if not using salted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Add about a heaping tablespoon to the center of each "cupcake" brownie before baking.
